Inn At Big White

A perfect space for my family of five while enjoying all that Big White has to offer! I was pleasantly surprised at how clean it is, and how quickly the staff responded to any requests. The furniture and style are a bit dated but the quality , cleanliness, and service more than make up for anything lacking in the appearance. Ample shelves for groceries and storage and roomy mini-fridge were nice to have in a hotel-suite sized space. Village Center was right across the street with easy access to everything. Ski -in, and a short walk to the ski-out trail.

My son and I stayed at Big White Ski Resort this past week, and overall we had a very enjoyable experience. The location is excellent, and the ski-in/ski-out access was truly fantastic and incredibly convenient. The pool was warm and enjoyable, and the hot tub was also well maintained. However, the hot tub frequently exceeded the posted 10-person capacity, and the no-children policy did not appear to be consistently enforced, which at times affected the overall experience. One drawback was the limited airflow in the room. The lack of proper air circulation made the space feel quite warm, and air conditioning or improved ventilation would significantly enhance guest comfort. Housekeeping is scheduled every three days, though we did need to follow up to ensure service was completed. It is worth noting that the rooms are individually owned, and as a result, the decor and condition vary. Our room was quite dated and would benefit from some updates. That said, the prime location and outstanding ski access made for a memorable week on the mountain.

Great place to stay. The room was a perfect size and clean and the staff were great. The only downside was how thin the walls appeared to be when we could hear the people in the room beside us clearly at 6 am. Hot tub and pool were the best part after a good day of skiing. Would stay àgain.

Inn at Big White is not ski-in or ski-out location. You need to cross the main road to access the closest way to get access to the ski run and get to a ski lift.Staff is excellent,amenities include games room,hot tub,outdoor heated pool in winter,secure ski storage room,elevator, unfortunately the on site restaurant in ski season 2024-2025 is not operating .

I love this place. Cool vibes at the new restaurant and heated outdoor pool! Doesn't get any better!

Great spot with great prices! We came for the spartan race and it was the perfect location to do so. The rooms are big, the beds are comfy, there's a kitchenette, and close to the village amenities. The staff are awesome and very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

We can enjoy a scenic view from within the room. The fireplace is hard to use, but the room is warm even without the fireplace.

A big thank you to Inn at Big White! Our stay was wonderful—the room was clean, and the front desk staff were super friendly. Since it’s a pet-friendly resort, we were able to bring our pup, and there was even a treat waiting for her in the room! The hot tub was amazing. We accidentally left something behind, and they kindly called to offer to ship it to us, which was so thoughtful. Side note: It’s about a five-minute walk to the nearest ski run. It’s not ski-in ski-out right away, but that wasn’t an issue for us—we still think the location is great!
